Which is funny because she and Sarah Jones were the first ones to tell me about blogging (well, besides Chuck, but I didn't really get it at first because Chuck doesn't talk in girl-terms).
Anyways, my excuse was that I made a list in December of blog posts I need to write, and there were about twenty. TWENTY. twenty. Of course, December is always a crazy-busy month, but overall I just didn't have the time to chip away at that, and now it's probably more like twenty-five, and still at the end of my to-do list.
And here is where my psychosis is showing...once something gets overwhelming, I start ignoring it. Imagine that.
Anyways, she gently encouraged me to get back to it. And she's right. So, be waiting, I have a great Halloween post coming up. Just in time for Valentine's day... ;)
I have to say that I am so very grateful for the girlfriends God has lovingly put in my life. I've been blessed with wonderful girlfriends through every stage of my life, but there's something about being a mom and having mom-friends that makes that friendship so special and vital. We absolutely need each other. Or at least, I absolutely need them. They give me so much encouragement, through their shared trials, the shoulders to cry on, the examples that motherhood can be done...and even with excellence! And sanity, too, ha!!
Have I mentioned I cannot live without them? Here's our group from tonight. I love these women. :)

So, thanks, Stacia, for giving me the nudge.

I totally have done the same thing! Made a list, it got longer and longer, and then I ignored it. Glad you're back. I'm almost to Halloween. :)
