Chandler has changed so much in the last few months. He's shown us he's very clever and curious. This morning he piled his bags of diapers and wipes into a laundry basket to make it a comfy bed for watching tv.
Last week he scared me...twice.
1. Charlie climbed on top of things to get onto the top of the big garbage can, and jump off. I told him that was dangerous, to not do it again. 20 minutes later, I busted him doing it again. What I didn't think of came next: Chandler figured out how to climb up the can, and jump off. It took him awhile to stand on his own, and I even called a nurse to figure out if he'd broken or strained something.
2. As I was gathering our stuff to leave, Chandler and his friend Cademon ventured into our shower. They love that shower, and I'd watched them play there often. Usually they, open the door, get in, close the door. Laugh at me through the glass. Open the door, get back out, and repeat. But this time Chandler came out of my bathroom with his hair covered in what I thought was water. I figured he'd turned on the shower head and scared himself. I ran to get Cademon out, but he was standing there, dry. With a little bit of shampoo in his hand. They'd worked together to open a shampoo bottle, which was now in Chandler's eyes!!
